Thank you, Lena! I’ve just added photos of the process – how I layer the dough with soft salted butter, fold it like a letter, glaze, and dip in seeds.

We love dippy eggs in our house! And those rolls look divine.

I’ve been working on a 5 minute baguette recipe (just need to write it up) that I can whip up before bed (it sits in the fridge overnight). It literally takes 5 minutes to shape and 20 mins to bake. With 3 kids it’s just about the only bread baking I

manage 😅
